This philosophy has been developed and promoted by the Positive Coaching Alliance, a national nonprofit youth sports organization founded in 1998 within the Stanford University Athletic Department.
East Bay United Soccer Club requires a representative from all player families to attend a PCA workshop the first year their player participates in the Club.
Dates for upcoming trainings: The next parents meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 14th from 7-9 at Saint Theresa's School (4850 Clarewood Dr, Oakland, CA 94618).
