PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) for Coaches

EBUSC is committed to a culture of positive coaching, an environment where children can thrive physically and emotionally while learning to play soccer. Our club is a place where

This philosophy has been developed and promoted by the Positive Coaching Alliance, a national nonprofit youth sports organization founded in 1998 within the Stanford University Athletic Department.

East Bay United Soccer Club requires all coaches to attend a PCA workshop for Coaches the year when they first join in the Club. 

Next Coaches PCA Workshop:  New coaches meeting is scheduled for September 2 at St. Theresa school from 7pm-9pm
