- U12-U14s - train on individual tactical and small group functional playing 11v11 (1-4-3-3)
- U15-U18s - train as teams using various systems and prepare for the next level (College Soccer) on and off the field.
Our Coach Development:
- Each Coach attends 8-10 age-group clinics in their specific age-groups (U6-U8, U9-U11, U12-U14 or U15-U18)

History of East Bay United
The East Bay United Soccer Club was formed in 2011 as a result of the merger between the Bay Oaks and Rockridge Soccer clubs with the goal of creating an integrated club that provides expanded opportunities for soccer players at all levels in the East Bay.
For decades, the Rockridge Soccer Club offered the best in neighborhood recreational and mid-level competitive teams in the central East Bay community. At the same time Bay Oaks had been one of the few premier soccer clubs in Northern California to achieve statewide and national recognition while offering full programs of boys and girls teams – sending players to all levels of men's and women's collegiate, professional, and US national teams.
East Bay United’s competitive State and Regional teams continue to feature the Bay Oaks name. Former Rockridge teams now use the East Bay United (EBU) name.
