EBUSC is committed to a culture of positive coaching, an environment where children can thrive physically and emotionally while learning to play soccer. Our club is a place where

  •  Players Play
  •  Coaches Coach
  •  Parents Cheer
  •  Referees are Human

This philosophy has been developed and promoted by the Positive Coaching Alliance, a national nonprofit youth sports organization founded in 1998 within the Stanford University Athletic Department.

East Bay United Soccer Club requires a representative from all player families to attend a PCA workshop the first year their player participates in the Club.  If you have attended a PCA workshop in the past (ex. with a different sport, with a different club) you don’t need to attend again.
