Recap from last week’s games featuring several Bay Oaks alums competing against each other at the college level

In a match featuring three EBU Bay Oaks 93 alums, Santa Clara took down University of the Pacific with a 4-1 victory. Impressively, all three of the alums contributed to goals during the match. Dylan Autran picked up the assist on Max Ornstil’s goal for the Broncos. Notching Pacific’s lone goal was Julio Cervantes.  Both teams have four games remaining in West Coast Conference play, with Santa Clara currently sitting in third place.

In attendance at the match to cheer on his former Bay Oaks teammates was Francisco Mendoza, who is leading the way at Merritt College as the team aims for a playoff spot in the Bay Valley Conference .

Down in Southern California, two EBU Bay Oaks 92 alums faced off against one another, when Max Oldham and the Cal Bears took on John Marcuzzo and the San Diego State Aztecs. The Bears prevailed with a 2-1 victory and the former teammates enjoyed a reunion after the match.
